This course reminds us where the right path is. We look at North Carolina License Law and the Realtor® Code of Ethics. Are they so very different? Hardly. A few small differences here and there but if you can stay on the path of either, you are likely on the path of both. This version of the course uses commercial real estate case studies to illustrate the application of the REALTOR Code of Ethics in everyday commercial real estate practice. Please ask what is on your mind and feel comfortable exploring what is right for you and your company.
